Refund policy

You have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the day your order is placed. If you wish to return the item to us within the 30 days, you must contact us via info@reliefr.dk, or by phone: +45 70 60 46 48. It is important that you send the item within the 30 days if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. 

RETURNS

You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport. This means that you bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received it back.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. To facilitate processing time, you are very welcome to include a copy of the order confirmation in the package.

If you wish to return the item to us, we can help with a label and we will then credit the shipping cost in your refund of the purchase amount. It costs 56kr. to use our return label. Write to us at info@reliefr.dk so that we can arrange your return label. 

NOTE: Please do not send packages to the address unannounced, but instead contact our support at info@reliefr.dk for returns of products. We do not handle unannounced packages and only receive packages that are sent directly to the address via our return portal. 

You cannot cancel by simply refusing receipt of the item without at the same time giving clear notice of this.

CANCELLATION BEFORE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PACKED

If you wish to cancel your order before we have packed it at our warehouse, you can easily do so via the link HERE.

REFUND

If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

DEPRECIATION

The most common reason for depreciation upon return is that the original packaging is missing. The packaging is an important part of the product's presentation and resale value, and without it we unfortunately cannot resell the item as new.

In such cases, we therefore make a deduction of 25 % of the item's price, which reflects the expected reduction in the product's market value.
